hey guys, look!
That last post of mine must have brought out a new/old fan of mine!
Hi O’s… the chiro put my husb on this multi called Multigenics… I’m
starting to see a lot of this brand being recommended by the local naturopaths.
Checking the vitamin ingredients/percentages,,, it seems to have a lot more
than the blood type multi.. and it has 50% calcium and vitamin D . Thomas,
do you know if the ratio in the “O” multi was determined for a reason and
why don’t they include calcium for us no dairy types? thanks guys,, Leslie
Yes, that’s right: aggressive carbo-loading for secretors, or, better yet:
post-exorcized carbo-load for secretors.
Now, I know some people out there think a big deal about animal meats and organs
and fats, but a good carbo-load immediately post-workout I feel *can* assist in
achieving and keeping an anabolic state.
Today I had a fairly large (one liter) four servings (250g serving size, 35g
carb 36g sugar 140 calories total soluble solids 12%– I kid you not this is on
the glass bottle). That’s serving size times 4, friends. Yep.
I went to the gym, worked out arms, chest, upper back (pulling movements),
played a little basketball, then walked home (casual 7 minutes). I got out my
bike; oiled it; inflated tires and rode to a store to pick up about 10 punds of
meat.
I had about 10g of glutamine before carbo-load. Riding was alright. Maybe some
tyrosine. What would Dr. D’Adamo add if if was allowed a third ingredient?
*excuse me for being late* I read some posts, others I did not. I missed a few
days here and there.

Hey Thomas,
Thanks for responding to my confusion…
The program I have been using to track my meals in terms of calories, fat,
protein, carbs and vitamins, etc. is from FitDay.com; there must be some error
in the way it measures fat in some foods. It lists Ghee as having 13 gms. of fat
per tablespoon, olive oil (14 gms/tblsp), egg (5 gms/egg), squash (1 gm/squash),
banana (1 gm/banana), almonds (7 gm/22 almonds), etc… I think I may have
entered some things incorrectly…still, it would seem to be very challenging to
get 180 gms. of protein (720 calories), 180 gms. of carbs (720 calories), and
figuring a total of 1800 calories/day, leaves about 360 calories for fat (40

Hey Cave-men & Cave-women friends!
Here’s a fun experiment!
If you don’t have a water filter or some other source of tasteless water, get
one (many parts of U.S. don’t have the best tap water). I have a Pur water
filter, for example. If you don’t want to bother with getting a water filter and
want to do the experiment purely for taste get yourself some distilled water,
NOT mineral water.
Fill two large containers with the tasteless water, say, two liter sized glass
bottles (I like to re-use my liquor & wine bottles). Then, put about 1/4
teaspoon of REAL sea salt into one container. Real sea salt actually smells of
the sea. Many real salts are a dull off-white or gray. Real salts clump. Real
salts taste like the ocean, not just salty.
The next part of the experiment is sharing your mineralized water with your
unsuspecting friends! Listen to what they say. Do they comment on the water’s
sweetness? Do they think it is, for some odd reason, “tasty” water? Then you can

Hmm. Sephardic Fixation?
I just started drifting through here, looking through some posts from the 7th or
8th of this month. Now it is Valentine’s Day. 2004.
I’m sorry I’ve been away for so long. Not writing as much. I guess I’ve been too
busy with introspection and coming to grips with my “issues”. <sigh
Looks good.
Dude, Thomas (Dickheady), reading through you when you 31oz - 8oz = 56g was a
blast. I was stoned and even *I* saw it, I knew exactly what was wrong with it
and then (Max?) it was corrected. Takes a while for us (the group) to get a
thought process through so it doesn’t matter, maybe more good than harm, eh?
[LOL]
So I’m up to 630 pounds on that funny 45 degree squat machine thingy. So fun.

I know Thomas,,, I just put the average number in there…Leslie
Hi Guys ,, my neighbor just came over asking if xylitol or sorbitol are OK to
ingest… She happens to be an “A”. Couldn’t find anything in the
encylopedia or LR or Dadamo’s site,,, do you know how they fair for the various
blood groups? thanks ! Leslie
So, a 128 pounder should be taking in 128 grams of protein or approx. 17 oz.
of meat/fish per day…. is this right? But since I’m a secretor/rh- (neg)
my ounce needs per week may be different. The LR book says 2.5oz 8x/wk of
meat and 2.5 oz. 6/wk of fish which would be 35 oz/week or 5 oz per day… ok
now I’m confused! thx for any insight! ,, Leslie
