Blood type diet

I have been using a product from Twin Lab, the Dale Alexander Emulsified Omega 3
Fish Oil. I think I have read conflicting information about whether this is
o.k. for us O’s. I really don’t want to stop using it, as I just bought two
bottles through my co-op this very day!
If it is an avoid, why?
