trustworthy tuna?
Last month, someone posted about a kind of canned tuna that doesn’t
have the mercury problems of standard tuna because the fish were
either lower on the food chain or just younger and therefore not
eating the larger contaminated fish. I can’t find that post now.
can anyone help me out?

This has got me really wondering. It’s a whole new area I’ve not heard
about. I was aware that there were some foreign people (Japanese I think) who
ate
fish caught in waters polluted by factories but never saw any evidence of that
in the US. I know mercury concentrates in fish and animals if it’s present
in the water or environment. Is there some hidden mercury poisoned patient
sanitarium I don’t know about or something? Hey, I’ve been clueless before so
is
everybody turning into thermometers or what?

I bought Natural Value Tongal Tuna from Thailand because it was
recommended as low in mercury.
