hi O's.. the discussion on grains/starches and inflammation is fascinating.
my husb. suffers from a form of arthritis (A.S) and I've always been
suspicious that diet causes the inflammation... is this the pattern: say we
eat
wheat and the lectins agglutinate in different areas in our body and create
inflammation OR is it that we eat the wheat and the lectins seep into our
intestines creating the leaky gut and then these toxins run around in the body
creating inflammation? if lectin damage creates the inflammation that creates
an arthritic condition and other diseases that's a clear cut reason to stay
100% on ER !!
biggest challenge I face on a daily basis is staying away from dark chocolate
(I could eat it all day long) and those darn decaf soy lattes... I think
caffeine is an issue for me...tires me out as the day goes on... otherwise
pretty O compliant! thanks for listening! Leslie thomas.. your day sounds
like my dream day re: your energy and how you feel sleeping... awesome.
