I guess I should have said not as starchy, however, that may get me in
trouble too. I know that when I think starchy, I think about potatoes. When I
think of grains I think about gluten. Foods with high gluten and high starch
are
bad for us. Mainly, I minimize eating any grains as much as possible because
they’re minimally neutral, especially when you’re not eating ample protein and
vegetables.
