back from vacation
Just got back from 11 days vacation at my Dad’s. He’s an A who was
just diagnosed with severe but almost symptomless GERD (not cancerous
yet, thank goodness). I got his girlfriend started on researching
ER4YT. I’m not doing so well, though. Ate a lot of carbs while I
was there. Lost about 8 lbs. Suffered enough motion sickness and
random dizziness to make me want to take a pregnancy test. Yeesh.
Otherwise I had a great time. It’s nice to get away for a little
while.
