Hi O’s ,, Lately I’m noticing how many people are on thyroid meds like
Sythroid and Levoxyl… just doesn’t seem natural for so many people’s thyroid
to be on the fritz ! Any thoughts out there on this? Is it shortage of iodine
in the diet? hormonal imbalances? Thanks guys,, Leslie

From what I understand, many Os have underdeveloped thyroid systems that will
get all out of whack from improper diet. I’ve found that by following the
diet I have detoxed my body and cleared up many “little” problems like rashes,
allergies, thyroid, etc.

I think your body is probably talking to you. I find the same thing. I get
sick of red meat sometimes and eat fish and chicken then move back and forth
to red meat. I just “listen” to my body and ignore the desperate carb cravings
when some fat little kid is eating a piece of chocolate cake in fron of
me–LOL.

OK I have been craving fish lately. I know the fish I have been
eating isn’t the best but it is soothing(?). Very odd for me
because usually it doesn’t happen very often. Nothing else
“sounds” good though. The thought of eating chicken makes me want
to scream and other meat just isn’t “it”. Could there be
something in the fish that I am needing more?
TIA
Shauna
There are nutrients/minerals in fish not found in red meat.
Maybe it’s just that you need those minerals. Since I take it
you aren’t eating avoids, I wouldn’t worry about it.
