Better than Neiman’s Salad Dressing

This came from a low carb e-group. It’s an idea for making your own salad
dressing.

1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 pkg. Splenda (since Splenda is not good for us, try stivia or another healthy
sweetener like honey, or plain sugar. Nonnies might use vegetable glycerine.
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tsp dry pectin ( in the canning supplies) Acts as a thickener.
2 pinches oregano

1.Combine all dry ingredients in a large salad dressing bottle
2.Pour 1/2 cup white vinegar into the jar.(Make this apple cidar vinegar or red
wine, Nonnies red wine is beneficial for you)
3.Add 6 tablespoons water.
4.Shake vigorously
5.Add one cup light oil like canola and shake until well-blended.(I’d use olive
oil)
6.Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using.
