I acutally ate a little more processed food this week than normal
because I had to do a lot of running around (school, errands,
appointments, etc.)and wasn’t home much.
I remember the day I felt worst among those listed was the “black
bean soup day” when I consumed a ridiculous amount of fiber. I also
felt better than horrible on Wednesday and Thursday, dispite the fact
that I ate a lot of packaged/prepared foods…go figure.
Anyway, there it is. Please be gentle

According to Thomas, You should eat 1 gram of protein for each pound you
weigh. This is hard to acheive but according to your intake, you must weigh
about
80 pounds. Seems like a lot of carbs, avoids, and borderline foods in your
menu. You’re also eating fat free foods when you should be eating fat. Fat
free foods are full of avoids. You might want to get checked for secreter
status since you eat a lot of non-secreter avoids. If I ate what you do, I’d
have
a lot of indigestion. Eat lots more protein and fat. Hope this helps.

Me too AND BAD. Mom used to make us eat oatmeal almost every morning with
milk and brown sugar. By 10:00, alien spit had nothing on me. I could peel
wallpaper. I really never enjoyed or ate breakfast until after I got on this
diet. Now I look forward to it.

Hi, MaddMaxx!
You’re a hoot! Oatmeal didn’t give me GERD, but it did/does give me the
sensation of having somehow swallowed a very large, heavy piece of
concrete. I don’t know the technical name for that. I have celiac, and
oats are now supposed to be OK of themselves, but cross-contamination with
wheat is a big issue. I can’t eat any grains in comfort, except a very
little and not very often white rice.
My Mom made us eat oatmeal for breakfast every single morning. Finally we
kids rebelled and asked for some variety. Mom looked to our Dad for
support, but he agreed with us. So for awhile, we had other things for
breakfast, like pancakes and French toast. I don’t remember any of that
giving me tummy trouble, but it sure isn’t a Type O, a gluten-free, or a
PaleoDiet breakfast.

That’s how I felt after I ate any soy product. It was one of the reasons I
figured I was a non-secreter.
