soft beans
Ooh…
You know how nifty these quick-cooking pre-soaked beans are? Even if some of the
adzukis can get soft relatively quickly I think it is still a good idea to cook
them for a while. Ease of consumption may not equate to ease of digestion…
I… had some interesting action going on… down there… today. Yesterday I
quick cooked some adzuki beans, most of them had gotten so soft after only about
15 minutes of cooking that I thought to myself “What the heck, why don’t I eat
some now?”
I’m glad I get to move around during my workday. That’s all I’m going to say.
Well. I went all insane this weekend. And the snow really fell, too. Snow always
puts me into a romantic mood. When it lasts several days I begin to wonder about
my use of energy, though.
You know Connie Nielsen from Devil’s Advocate? That’s almost what I’m talking
about. World class caliber. Ouch. It just doesn’t stop being exciting. That’s
the thing. It just didn’t stop. That and all the other stuff. Some dreams become
less feel-good when the dream ends and it is 2004. It’s the prolonged
unachievement of peace and dearth of life-fulfillment… combined with the
progression of time and the stretch into the future, with mortality and all
that. It’s not good.
I think I should take J. Lo up on her offer (I’m the real reason why Ben had to
go).
