I was a raw foodist for about a year.
Yes, it is ok to eat most of those things raw. However I will tell you this,
I needed cooked foods in my diet but was unwilling to budge from the diet. I
got rings around my eyes from eating that way. It can be a great diet, but it
was not right for me.
