elk meat
I bought an elk from my brother who raises them, organically, on his farm in
Paonia, CO. I had no idea how much meat there was on an elk and am feeling a
little overwhelmed. This is fabulous meat, hand butchered and wrapped in
small packages, labeled, etc. Is there anyone on this list in the Denver area
who
would like to buy some of this from me? I can give you a really good deal
and free up a little freezer space at the same time. I live in Denver, near
