2004?

Friday, May 18th, 2007

Wow. 2004. it appeals to my ever-present urge to make order out of everything…
2004.
So, Thomas. I heard you had quit posting and then you returned, and that you
have been engaged in a distasteful scruffle of some sort. Don’t let those
internet meanies get you down! I think Coryn’s cool! (coryn, are you still my
friend?)
I’ve been eating a delicious lamb stew made with mortar & pestled oregano, mint,
thyme, m&p’ed anise, m&p’ed fennel, salt, carrots, parsnips, celery, m&p’ed
onion powder, garlic, a little basil. I stewed the meat an hour, added veggies &
herbs ‘n spices after the first hour. Becaus I had deboned the leg of lamb
myself and reserved all of the fat I cut that up into conveniently bite sized
pieces and added that after another 20-30 minutes or so. I enjoyed chopping my
vegetables so they were kinda small. Because I mixed the fat of the flesh with
the meat of the flesh from an animal that had a very natural diet, with its
concomitant natural lipid profile, I have a very satisfying high energy

**Is your sister an O as well?
Has her life been stressful?
Love Thomas**
My sister is also and O. She is 48. Both of my parents are O’s…Mom is O- and
Dad is O+. She is O+ also. My bf is O- and my ex and I are O+ so I will assume
that my son is also O+. Makes cooking easy!! My sister’s life has been a
nightmare. Drugs and pregnancy at an early age. Bad choices all of her life.
Then in April she was in a horrid car accident (not her fault) and my family
found out that she had been abusing prescription drugs. I knew and I had been
trying to tell them for over a year that there was a problem but no one would
listen to me. She had them snowed BAD. “But the doctor is giving her this pain
medication for her Fibro, Coryn” my family would say to me. I gave up after a
while. She had more than one doctor. I feel that a lot of her ailments are all
in her head (and from what she eats) and she used them to get the pills. Drug
abusing people are sad…they will look you square in the eye and LIE to you as

recipes with avoids

Thursday, May 17th, 2007

just a heads-up to folks regarding recipes that are posted . . . always
check for avoids!
that sesame orange chicken sounds yummy, but oranges are AVOID for ALL O’s
!!!
being a non-secretor, many of the recipes have avoids anyway, but to have
secretor avoids, the horror! ;-)

Digest Number 1729

Someone on my nonnie list bought a good hand-crank grinder for under $100 .
. . $85 maybe? I think she found it through epinions.com.
Folks have been using the flour grinders to make sweet potato flour and
other vegetable flours, stuff that’s not as readily available. Since as a
nonnie I’m recommended ZERO to 3 servings of grain and ZERO to 3 servings of
beans PER WEEK I basically don’t incorporate either into my diet on a
regular basis. Sometimes when I have more time to experiment I’m going to be
dehydrating sweet potatoes and making muffins, etc . . . grain stuff that I
miss. And there’s an awesome sweet potato brownie recipe that folks have put
together on my other list . . . :-D

misc replies

It looks like Portobellos are one of the safe varieties. I have
enjoyed them over mylast two days!
I would LOVE this as I have hand drawn a chart in my food diary to
track that I getting adeqaute weekly portions of recemmended foods.
Does soy only count for a bean and then is limited to 3x per week???
I live for soy milk and soy shakes but want one 7x per week!

I’m actually doing it!!

I want to thank everyone for the replies to my first post. Your
words helped me sift through additional info to really prepare to
being this journey!!
I picked up my pocket guide and food list for O’s and hit the health
food store. I have a hard time eating lots of beef especially these
days with the mad cow scares. I quit eating beef when it was first
discovered years ago. I feel safer eating organically farmed beef,
but not 100%!
Anyway I have followed the plan for 2 whole days! I feel like I am
in detox and hate the feeling but hour by hour it gets better!
Instead of looking at this as a diet I am looking at the idea of
food intolerances and their effect on myoverall health! So if I lose
weight while eating better, YEAH me. But if I just end up dairy,
wheat and corn free (and healthier for it), then YEAH me!
One thing that really struck me is how O’s have so much more stomach

Haven’t visited the board for awhile but it’s too bad about the dingbats who
could chase away someone as knowledgeable as Thomas Dekany!

macronutrients, ; Thomas VS D’Adamo

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

I laughed when I saw Sarah Blurray accuse Thomas of those nasty ricin lectin
comments. Then I moaned when I saw I’d have to scroll past even more text, even
though some of it was written by my favorite O-list member.
Coryn “Snip Snip”… what to do with you? You may have realized that during our
brief yet intimate private e-mail correspondence that my affection for you has
grown. Please, don’t neglect to cut out the extraneous text at the bottom of
your posts, for the benefit of us digest mode readers. It is the decent,
considerate thing to do. Now Sarah Blurray, on the other hand, I can expect
someone of her low character and dearth of intellect to be unable and
disinclined to such complicated editing procedures, but you, Coryn, I hold you
to a higher standard (a human standard, as opposed to a sub-human standard
reserved for the likes of Thomas Dekany, Sarah Murray, Schmoosan Forrester, etc.
etc.).
As many of us know, the macronutrients are being hotly debated. Being as
experienced on the internet as I am, having been transformed during my many

Soon I will be Visible

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

Coryn “Snipsnip” now has a number of digitized photographs of me, so all of you
who doubted that such an extraordinary being like me exists may soon be able to
view the greatness that is I, Axel, Super-O!
I have bench pressed 225 pounds, and for four reps! So I’ve officially graduated
to two big 45 pound plates on each side of the olympic bar. I think the “Power
Factor” people may have a point, training wise. Not that you can see that in my
digitized photos. Those photos were taken when I was 19 (the semi-naked shots).
I have more muscle, better definition and far less fat now - all effortlessly
possible because of the greatest diet ever.
Now those of you who hate me may laugh at my ugliness, those of you who’ve grown
to love me may gaze at my beauty. Because we both know that although beauty is
in the eyes of the beholder, the attitude of the brain has the ability to cloud
the judgement of the eyes. Which is why virgins are attracted to… so *many*
creatures!
