**In this instance the complete mass of your body at the earth's gravitation
is divided into wither Lean body mass (anything that is not fat) and fat.
So the Lean Body Mass is is all the non-fat substance in your body. So if
you weigh 125 lbs and you are 20% body fat (25 lbs) then you are 80% Lean
Body Mass (100 lbs). In this case you multiply the Lean Body Mass by .8 to
1 gram and this person would want to eat 80 - 100 grams of protein per day
according to this estimate.
