Anybody tried this? Sounds good but a lot of work.
has anyone noticed a higher tolerability of “avoids” after doing a cleanse?
curious! Leslie
Thanks to Thomas and Susan on the clarifications!
Hi All,
My brothers (3), all of whom have had issues with kidney stones, tell me NOT
to drink any type of carbonated water, natural or otherwise, as this is a
major cause of the stones. I personally do like the San Pellegrino (naturally
carbonated), with a twist of fresh lemon or lime.
Has anyone heard of a possible connection between kidney stones and mineral
waters? Also, I have been told that men are much more susceptible than women.
Any truth to that?

Make Tons Of Money Fast! THIS IS NOT A SCAM LIKE THE REST!
I was browsing through newsgroups, just like you are, and came across
an article similar to this that said you could make thousands of
dollars within weeks with an initial investment of $6.00! I thought,”
Scam”, but I was curious, so I kept reading. It said : send $1.00 to
each of the 6 names and address stated in the article. Then place
your
name and address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the
article
in at least 200 newsgroups. (There are thousands) No catch.
I was skeptical and worried about the legal aspects of it all, but
checked it out with the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they
confirmed that it is legal! I invested the measly $6.00. GUESS

Hi All:
Pat here, doing very well sticking to the diet - been nearly perfect
for over three months. I feel better, look better and even behave
better. I’m definitely having buffalo and broccoli for Thanksgiving
dinner while everyone else has the traditional stuff! I even like
dragging my container of salmon and spinach to Sunday dinner out and
hearing my grown kids say, “Mom’s got the only healthy food in this
restaurant”.
The problem:
For the past week I have had a miserable, burning, itching rash over
my entire back.
I have been re-washing all fabrics I contact, avoiding toiletries,
and smearing everything in my medicine cabinet on my back. Its only
getting worse.
I never thought of it being diet related, but my husband thinks it

Thanks everyone for your responses. So, tonic is out but soda water
is fine. I know that sparkling mineral water has less carbonation
but is it still okay? There’s no sweetener in it. I like dilluting
my juice with it too
My favorite is a splash of unsweetened
cranberry juice (very high pucker factor) a splash of pineapple juice
and about 8oz sparkling water… Excuse me, I ramble. I’ll try to
find out if sparkling mineral water is okay, but if someone finds out
before me, please post.
Thanks,
Eva
but Thomas.,.. mozarella is a neutral !!!
thanks Diane for web address
Tracy, think Rudi’s is out of Colorado.. Leslie
I see a lot of references to food combining and increasing fat in
order to aid digestion in posts here. Is there a “best” site anyone
can recommend with more information or is it as simple as “keep carbs
seperate from protein”?
Second, if fat should be increased, by how much? What’s a good
ratio? Right now I’ve got my diet set to 50/25/25 but it’s hard not
to go over on carbs (50%) and stay under for fat (25%) if I get
enough protein (25%). Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Eva
Ida,
Go ahead and indulge your apple cider vinegar, especially if it is raw,
unprocessed and has the mother in it. It is neutral for secretors, but still an
avoid for non-secretors. If you are a N/S, then sorry, only lime/lemon juice
for you (and you can squirt it on avocados, you lucky person!).

Hi,
My name is Ida and I am new to this egroup and the blood type diet.
I decided to check out the diet.
There is one thing that I find very hard to give up and I am tryong to find a
good substitute for it… I love apple cider vinegar in my salad with olive oil
and parsley. Is there any vinegar option that is good for O blood type? Rice?
I really appreciate your responses and enjoy your respones.
Thanks so much,
Ida
