PLEASE…Can anyone “trim” their posts??!
Hi group!
I’m celebrating 2+ years on ER4YT and currently cruising the Caribbean until
June 2004.
The good news is there’s PLENTY of delicious fresh fish and some really
interesting local veggies that are making me happy.
The BAD news is that we download our emails by expensive and SLOW sat phone
connection. The daily ER4YT weighs in at about 60KB (8 minutes to load)
because nobody has been trimming the old message/ads from post answers.
If a few of you could take a moment to trim, I will be able to continue
receiving daily bulletins. If not, I will sadly say adios until June
2004…and will try to be compliant on my own, missing al of you!
Thanks!!
Merrill

Dear Axel,
Not all of us following the ER4YT area as smart as you are. I, thankfully, was
computer literate before I became very sick. Now, I can’t even read a book and
remember what the last paragraph said. I am following this to help regain my
health. I have no idea what food-combining is and do not consider it priority
at the moment. So WTF is so difficult? I am sure many of us would have
different answers to that, so I won’t expand on my personal medical problems
causing me so much difficulty.

Michele,
Are you on a lyme list? Your name sounds very familiar. If that is the case, I
totally understand your not being able to think too well.

Dear Nancy,
Yes, I am on a Lyme list, Osteoporosis list, Arthritis list, several CFS lists,
Fibormyalgia list, Candida list, and off and others as I am able to read if I
learn anything good from them. Sorry, but somehow I don’t quite recognize your
name, but don’t take it personal, as I often forget my husband’s name, hehe!

Dear Susan,
Not this month. I just started Dr. D’Adamo supplements and take the four basic
and the immune support pack, both at a discount by buying his “packs” instead of
purchasing individually. I was also on Juice Plus+ but have discontinued since
it is not BT specific and contains avoids. I hope to be able to add stuff next
month and eventually follow one of the protocols in his encyclopedia each month
until I go thru all of my “problems”, which may take a while since I have many,
my prior list was not all-inclusive. I also do take traditional meds for
depression, anxiety, pain and abs for the Lyme. I did stop a lot of the
traditional meds in favor of supplements but there area some (Paxil and
Klonopin) that I am sure will take me a while and help with getting off of them.
But, one day at a time, I am in a bad depression and anxiety spell right now and
am getting back on therapy Monday and hope to bet back to a psychiatrist soon.
I had both in Florida but moved here to PA in May of 2001 and have not felt the
need to see them until recently, my home situation is both good and a “pressure
cooker” of stress, can’t seem to convince them how bad the stress is for me and
some of it can’t be helped or is a result of my own actions. Long story. I
believe Immune Calm is one of the things that I hope to add next month. Thomas
has been a real blessing to me.

Michele,
Weren’t you developing a lyme “retreat”? I am on a couple of the lyme lists
(lyme-aid, and loveyonlyme). Have you found the BTD to help any of your
conditions? How long have you been on it?
