Dandelions

I have never tried the ones from the yard. I just buy loose dandelion
root ground from the health food store. Its very inexpensive and I
put it in a tea ball or tea stranier to steep. I drink that for
breakfast and rosehip and rasberry throughout the day.

maddviking,, we’ll have to try the dandelion spinach! bet a little olive
oil, garlic + maybe some pinenuts would make it pretty good!

Grandmother used to use butter with a little vinegar and sugar. They are
    more meaty tasting than spinach.

Did the subject line catch your attention? Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a
spa you could go to or people who wanted to experience the BTD could go to.
They could choose from a menu that featured only HB’s for their Type
prepared by chefs trained by Dr. D. Have exercise regimens tailored to
their type and attend classes educating them on this crazy concept that
their friends told them about and they were curious to try. It would
probably take a one month or longer stay to get out the intial toxins and
adjust to the lifestyle, but wouldn’t it be a great place of healing and
    re-learning?
Just a dream, but curious if anyone else had ever thought of this. It jsut
seems like there is nearly no way to truly grasp the whole amount of
re-learning involved without a period of controlled surroundings. We’ve all
made it (or many of us) because we have each other for support and to bounce
    thoughts and questions off of.
