hi I was wondering if anybody else had a problem with onions which I
like but I don’t think they like ! when i eat them I do get a few
stomach problems and they go through me like water , also the smell
of them comes out all my pores underarms etc , I am not sure if this
is some sort of cleansing that the onions do ??? Is this a good thing
or bad LOL now I don’t wanna eat onions

For me, neither type give me the runs but red ones give me gas. The white and
yellow are fine with me. Makes me think twice about how correct some of the
stuff in his books are now.

    I am with you.
Onions are great for me as is garlic.
But the prunes, plums, dates, figs, and apricots just give me severe
    stomach intestinal distress.
Our systems are more individual than generalized.

I have no problem with onions of any kind. I do know of some
people that can handle them cooked, but not raw. Don’t know
    their blood type though.

on the crunchy side. an suggestions???

One question, did you smoosh up the tomatoes a bit? And was the
dish covered? If so, try adding a 1/4 cup of water and once
done, you can leave it in the oven uncovered if there is any
    extra water.

the tomatoes were crushed, the dish was covered. It was brown rice so I
gave it an extra 20 minutes. It seemed like there was a lot of moisture,
but I’ll try adding extra next time.

If there was still moisture left, then it just needed more time.

I believe that red onions have the most natural antibiotics. They are my
    preferred choice.
