coconut milk

Hi all:
Does anybody have any more specific info regarding coconut milk and
oil and how it affects us O’s? I was really getting into using it in
curry dishes but wasn’t feeling too great. Then I started thinking
about the D’adamo -lectin theory and looked at what I was eating from
the “avoid” list (:coconut milk, avocado, peanuts). So, as hard as it
is to cut out these foods (plus, I’m trying to gain weight), I’ve
stopped eating coconut and peanuts, and seem to be feeling better.
And my GI tract seems to be functioning better too (if you know what
I mean)..
Any comments appreciated!
