Quotes & Magazine Gleanings
Hi All:
Here is a stupid question from a newbie
I have yet to figure out whether I am a secretor or a non.
1) How important is this knowledge to be on the diet
2) what is the difference, scientifically speaking.
Thanks for explaining

I thought I was too but then found out I was a non-secretor. It helped
explain why I wasn’t losing weight like everyone else and why Spelt (anybody
want a
bread maker?–LOL) and soy affect me so much. I think we’re all specific in
our avoids and beneficials but secretor status is yet another broad indicator
to help you figure out what’s good for you and what’s not. For instance, for
me small amounts of sugar or cream aren’t that bad but grains stomp me into
the ground and take no prisoners.

Yes, I recommend it. Everything is in one book. There is also an errata
sheet on Dr Dadamo’s website for it.
