I’m an ice tea fanatic. Any suggestions for replacing black tea?

When I first started drinking green tea, it was very bitter. I’ve found that
to make a really good cup of green tea I don’t steep it as long as I do black
tea. I steep it for only about 1-2 minutes. I got this good advice off of a
green tea website.

Hi Max, I remember very well the time, when you first just couldn’t stand the
thought of drinking green tea. LOL. Hope you enjoy it more now.
I am so bad, that I even drink it, when it has been sitting for while and turnes
almost as black as coffee. I hope it isn’t carcinogenic (sp?)that way But I do
put glycerin in it to sweeten. Just can’t seem to break my habit of needing it
sweet like I did with coffee.

I only miss coffee when I smell it brewing but I don’t miss what it does to
me. I am amazed that I have weaned myself off of cigarettes, coffee, bread,
potatoes, and corn and I was a psycho addict. It’s just incredible how much
damage those foods do to you and I watch my friends who will not listen get
heavier and sicker every day.

Several months ago there was some talk about Chinese tea having bacteria
and that we should use Japanese. Does anyone know if that is still the
case or has the bacteria in Chinese tea been cleared up?
Any news on this? Thanks. Wanda
