ringing ears
My ears have been ringing for the last 3 days. Is this a sign of a
defiency? Is there something I can do for it?

I don’t take asprin. I do take zinc and magnesium which were recommended
on a couple of internet sites.

Thomas, I believe it is both ears. What can I do about it? I have had my
ears candled before, would that help? I found pills for it with an
online search but didn’t see anything on your site.
