Jumping in…

Just to say a quick “hi” to my friends.
Fellow Os, Biltong people, progressive legume-curd/fungus yackers:
After all this time it is pleasurable to read the newbies jubilation over how
they are beginning to feel on their new diet!
Welcome to the world of the Real. The only diet (so far) that recognizes the
importance of a little known branch of science involving “genetics”, which I’ve
heard may emerge in the future (maybe even the NEAR future!) as a dramatic step
up in understanding the inner-workings of the human body. This diet may not be
simple, it may not be easy at first, but take heart (I’ll take mine rare….):
it will improve your cognitive abilities if you stay true to Dr. D!
Os, you may be cool enough to share a gene with a rhesus monkey, maybe you’re
not that cool. That’s okay. You may secrete your antigens, or not. That’s okay
too. We’re all here together in this. Of all the blood-types, it is us Os who
need to band together as one tribe against the onslaught of this terrible modern
age! We are the most unbalanced with the high-carb low-mineral sabotaging diet

of 21st century Western Civilization.
I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it, but after recently opening a freshly thawed
package of ground grass-fed red meat and visually splitting it in half and
cooking the half pound down in a broccoli curry improv meal I think my cheap
stupid scale is way off, given the visible portion produced. I think my meat
amounts from way back were off. I didn’t eat meat in portions greater than half
a pound, at least, not very often. Only rarely, and basically after the full
body stress after strenuous weight training.
I should re-introduce myself! I’m Axel, O+secretor, Eurasian race/ethnicity
genes. I’m an ectomorphic (skinny) just shy of 5′10″, upper 140s weight in
pounds. I’m visibly malformed from the SAD (Standard American Diet) which I was
raised on, all that stuff Dr. D says about wheat in LR4YT, that skewers my heart
as I have the characteristics of Western Civilization written all over my body
as described by Weston A. Price (you foodie fans know what I’m talkin’ ’bout).
Man. This diet is just great. I’ve found that when I’m getting my minerals,
plenty of nutritional supplements for the antioxidant system (C, A, D, E,
grapeseed extract, bioflavonoids, ALA, etc. etc.) and especially that yummy kelp
powder in addition to my grass-fed meats and good fats… as long as my muscles
are full enough with the carbs I can wake up early, go work out on the weights,
work for any number of hours at my job, go to my muoy thai (don’t know spelling)
class and still have tons of energy!
Actually, I’ve found the physical exercise increases my energy way up, as long
as I have enough fuel I’m just hyped up. I get restful and slow down,
physically, after hard type-O exertion, but my mind just blasts on. Dr. D and
Thomas’ BTD-derived urging for us is right on track for a functional O:
exercise is 50% of mental/emotional health and well-being. We can really boost
our body’s performance through the roof. It helps to not think of exercise in
terms that other people do, almost everyone else is screwed up and sludged down
physiologically from all those avoids that are holding them back, we are on the
frontier and can push our limits like never before!
I can be active for quite some time on a number of different things, with little
to no rest, all day long. It’s the food, man. Well, of course the blessing and
proper regard for all things, the mental aspect of things is important. Don’t be
afraid to eat some extra red meat and HB veggies loaded with great animal fat,
if your body wants it, after so much exercise/activity and your body’s
permission it will almost undoubtedly help you. People who want to lose weight
might need to eat more from an actively exercising body to lose more; eating
more food can help you lose weight faster/easier if your body’s metabolism
justifies taking in more energy (eating more)!
I’m sorry, this martial arts sparring work is revving me up! I don’t know when
I’m getting to sleep! I’ll probably wake up earlier than usual tomorrow after
deeper-than-normal sleep, with more hormonal stuff going on. Oh to be an O.
