Low B-12 and High Cortisol Levels

Was doing strict low fat dieting/weight training and totally burned
out. Went to my N.D. and she found chronic low B-12, am taking
shots and very high cortisol levels. Am back to eating red meat but
need some help with the cortisol problem.

    For the high cortisol, both Catechol and Cortiguard from Dr. D’Adamo. He also

    Other supplements for lowing cortisol:
    Epimedium (horny goat weed)
    Theanine (green tea extract)
    Magnolia Bark Extract (found in ‘Relora’)

    Yes, it is in many of Dr. D’Adamo’s products. Please note that the other
    supplements I listed (also shown below) are not in any of the Blood Type lists,
    they are recommendations from a book I read
    about lowering cortisol (mine was very high last year) that worked well for me.
    Since they are not on the blood type lists, they have a value of “unknown”.
