flour substitute?

Anybody know of a flour or mix I can use as an exact replacement for
all purpose flour in any recipe? I would love to have a mix (or
other flour) I can make that I can use in equal quantity direct
substitution for regular flour. Would be easier in the long run.

    I have been using spelt flour in the same amounts.
