		<description>Thanks for the information. I wondered, because I took pills with copper in
them. Maybe they did some good, because I'm half as gray as my brother, and
he's only 4 1/2 years older.

"For those of you who are trying to fight the signs of getting older
you should know that hair color is affected by the melanin which is
activated by some B vitamins and the mineral copper. Without
sufficient dietary copper in the diet (copper tablets/pills will not
do the trick) the hair will lose its natural color. The water-soluble
copper really does bring the hair color back"
