Mustard
Hi all-
Dr D has said that for Mustard with no Avoids - use Colman’s Mustard.
Combine it with an equal part of water, stir until smooth - let stand
for 10 minutes. It does work as I tried a couple years ago. Keeps
well in fridge.
Above instructions printed on side of Coleman’s Mustard tin also.
