weight loss and exercise
O’s need intense exercise, red meat, seafood, and green leafy veggies to lose
weight. Prior to running, I was standing/walking all day as a teacher, ~3 years,
then walking the dog at least once a day for 30-40 minutes, with the occassional
bike ride, treadmill or dance class, and some lite weight lifting. I see that
my hip-to-waist ratio, is lower, (and my weight,) when I run and just eat meat
and greens; in fact, back in 1997, when I first found ER4YT, I reversed my
hypothyroidism by just eating Dr. D’s meat and veggies. Judy O+ secretor
<I walk 45 min a day. I am hypothyroid ..chicken salad for lunch yesterday and
grilled chicken for dinner, both with a side of fruit. .. still gaining weight
