Lexapro

came out in September. Its made by Forrest Pharma.
Its the part of the Celexa that was the active ingredient. It does not have
all the side affects of Paxil, etc. The only thing that bothered me was the
nausea until I had the correct does, but this is not a problem for everyone.
I had severe anxiety attacks, I guess a side affect of the hypo-
Hashimotos. The adrenals and the chemicals in your brain get allout of whack
when your thyroid is sluggish. Anyway, Lexapro has resolved this issue. My
doctor says I can get off it any time I want, unlike the Paxil when the
attacks can come back with a venegeance. Its a matter of getting these
chemicals back to normal. I am also on CoQ10, which in my humble opinion has
been great for me. NIH studies have proven it works on a cellular level. I
am also taking 3 TBS of Virgin coconut oil aday mixed n a fruit smoothie. I
apply it to the dry skin you get with this thyroid as well, I have to tell
you, its made a big difference for me. My appetite is subsiding, which for
me, even after 7 months on ER4YBT i havent lost an ounce. Ithink ER4YBT is

great for the detox, and I will continue to follow the prinicpalsof the the
plan. I dont miss wheat, pepsi’s etc at all! Alot of the joint pain went
away while following this plan. I havent had a head ache since i started the
plan! Hope this helps you.

    Debbie,
So do I! It is hard for non-hypothyroid people to understand that sometimes you
do everything right and nothing works! I do believe that Dr. D might come to a
different conclusion about VCO if he tests it as opposed to regular refined
coconut oil - which represents 99.99% of the coconut oil available to the
general public. The VCO was the only thing that raised my basal temperature
from a steady low of 95.8 to 96.2 (yes!!) to 96.8 (now usual) and a few times up
    to 97.4!!
BTW, VCO, or a piece of coconut, also stops hot flashes dead in its tracks….I
personally know 18 people that it has worked for. True, most of them are BTD
unaware, so using it has not been an issue for them. I have never had hot
flashes, and time will tell for my own personal experience. Using VCO is my ONLY
    avoid!!
How did you use it on your dog?

___I have been on ER4YT for about 7 months. I only started the coconut oil a
week ago. I was compliant for 7 months which inlcuded 40-60 min of walking
at leat 6 days a week at a brisk pace. I still only drink water and green
tea and I am still following the principals of the program. The addition of
2 smoothies aday with coconut oil 1.5 TBS each glass, nothing else but
pineapple juice and mango juice as the base with the fresh fruit. My
appetite is subsiding, do doubt I am not as hungry and I have more energy,
after onyly a few days. I used the coconut oil on my dog for
hyperpigmentation dermatits and systemic yeast infections in the ears, and
it cleared both up! I am sure VCO is not for everyone and I am not
suggesting anyone go this route. I am just letting anyone know thats
interested, it works for me. The added weight I had put on from the thyroid,
almost 40 lbs, was affecting my joints and me personally. I will continue to
eat right,I believe in this plan, but I will also take coconut oil to speed
up my metabolism and help with the weight and energy problems.
