difference in books

Coryn and all: The paperback book is good if you don’t know your secretor
status, but if you know it, you should use “Live Right 4 Your Type” or the
Encyclopedia, or the database on Dr. D’s website to determine if a food is ok
for you or not. O secretors can have strawberries, but not non-secretors. Also,
years ago, when my husband mistakenly bought sprouted wheat bread, the label
said gluten. I didn’t realize that until my teenage daughter woke up in the
middle of the night screaming in pain and had messed her pants in bed. Then in
trying to figure out what had caused it, we looked at the label. It was the only
new thing she’d eaten. Gluten is a powerful class of lectins for O’s. We only
buy Ezekiel, now; I don’t touch bread at all, (makes my blood sugar go too high,
and I REALLY gain weight when I eat it,) she usually takes 1 serving for lunch
on school days. Judy
