suggestions you gave me and let you know how things go.
I was taking cal-mag tabs for a while but had to quit because they made me too
tired, even though I took them before I went to bed at night hoping the effect
would wear off somewhat by the time I got up. Does straight magnesium have the
same effect? Just curious
I’ll definitely start drinking more water too. I’ll
try raw veggies as well–baby carrots would be good to take to work and munch
on, they seem to satisfy that craving for something crunchy.–Robin
