Hi, I’m Coryn. Question about eggs…
Hello everyone! My name is Coryn and I am new to the group. I started the ER4YT
(O+, secretor?) a year ago and lost 22 pounds and saw a drop (10 points) in my
usually medium range blood pressure. Then…STRESS hit…(I’ll spare you the
gorey details!) and I started eating all wrong foods and not exercising, yadda,
yadda…
I recently bought CookR4YT and as soon as life calms a bit, I will be able to
get back in the swing of things. I can truly say that I follow it 50% percent of
the time but I am finding that it just doesn’t work that way!! We are all O’s in
my house (and in my immediate family) so cooking is easy. I take all the right
vitamins etc so I haven’t fallen all the way off the wagon! Except for eggs… I
LOVE eggs!! My son and I split 2 eggs and 4 egg whites every morning. My
question is…what part of the egg is bad for us O’s? The yolk? The white? The
whole darn egg?? I just can’t give them up!! We only eat sprouted wheat bread
and spelt everything, I switched to soy milk…but I can’t do the “3 eggs a
week” thing. HELP!!!!!!! =)
I have enjoy reading all of your postings and I am looking forward to getting to
know you better.

It’s all good and I eat a lot of them too. Who said anything was wrong with
