test results
Hi everyone, I have been going through this thyroid debacle for almost a year. I
have been on the ER4YBT for about 4 months. I am O+ secreter status unknown. I
do all of what I thought were the good things, flax seed oil, COQ10, B12,
multiple vitamin. Eat only what I should, occaisional slip and have a hersheys
bar, with almonds, of course. Other than that, drink only water and green tea.
Well, today, I got a shock! My initial blood work showed the following:
1st reading today
Cholesterol 214 231
tryglycerides 81 67
HDL 62 63
LDL 135 154
Where did I go wrong????? Could it be the flax seed oil??
All the other values, even my thryoid, are within range. Any help sure will be
appreciated.
blessings,
debbie

Are you exercising? Have you gained weight? Any bad habits like smoking?
How occasionally do you eat that Hershey bar? Are you eating in the right
portions?

Another thought, were you tested at the same place?

I recently had the CRP done and it was 5 also. That was before starting the
BTD. I had it redrawn 2 weeks ago after being on the diet for a month, so will
be interested in knowing what the results are.

With my recent blood test results it was found that my red blood cell count
has increased even though the rest of the test were are in normal range.
I dot want to have to be put on blood thinners, so guess I will try having
some red wine with my salads.
:o)
