Oriental Grocery Store

I stopped in at an oriental grocery store today to look around and
see what they might have that I could add to my pantry and diet.
They had lots of seaweed, canned and dried fish, different kinds of
noodles, etc. Unfortunately, a lot of the food was not labeled in
English. I plan to go back again when I have more time to look
around and maybe get some help.
I did find one interesting and tasty snack treat, steamed and dried
sweet potato slices. They are chewy, moist, and have a great sweet
potato flavor. I will definitely buy more of these!
Anybody have any ideas of things I should look for?

Rice crackers and rice paper are good. Mung bean vermicelli, rice noodles,
rice spagetti/vermicelli. Some cookies and snacks have no or very little
wheat or avoids. Roasted hot green peas are interesting.
