		<description>I roast my own pumpkin seeds. Just spread them out on a baking sheet and put
them under the broiler for a couple of minutes until they start popping. I mix
those with slivered almonds (we are allergic to walnuts), cut up figs, apricots,
pineapple, raisin, etc. whatever I have on hand. It's a good snack item.

		<description>I enjoy the Kavli Crispbread crackers with tuna. They are very good.
I also make my own trail mix with soy nuts and raisins and some carob chips,
I toss whatever else in it too.

munchie ideas? that might help, I've had all the raw veggies i can stand for a
