appitite

Is there anything I can do for appetite control? As soon as I start any diet I’m
starving all the time, I’ll eat till I’m sick just thinking about dieting and I
normally don’t eat that much. I have type 2 diabetes and I really need to lose
20 pounds at least, 30 would be even better. I have 2 small children and a
teenager so it seems like I’m making 3 different kinds of stuff at every meal
which also makes it harder to stick to a diet.
help!

I have been eating a few rice crackers when I need that crunchy satisfaction and
carrots just won’t do at the time.

You can find sweet potato chips in the HFS. After a while you’ll get over the
    cravings, just hang in there.

Getting used to the ER4YT diet takes about 2 weeks if you don’t cheat.
Getting used to not smoking takes a lifetime, apparently, because that
occasional craving is still there after 4 years.

I enjoy the Kavli Crispbread crackers with tuna. They are very good.
I also make my own trail mix with soy nuts and raisins and some carob chips,
I toss whatever else in it too.
    Enjoy

I roast my own pumpkin seeds. Just spread them out on a baking sheet and put
them under the broiler for a couple of minutes until they start popping. I mix
those with slivered almonds (we are allergic to walnuts), cut up figs, apricots,
pineapple, raisin, etc. whatever I have on hand. It’s a good snack item.
