Coffee and caffeine

<< So…any ex-cappucino lovers that successfully gave it up?
Green tea does have a little caffeine in it but will not substitute for
coffee - especially if you are using espresso. If you have been having 2
cappucinos a day, taper off gradually or you will have headaches and feel
terrible from the caffeine withdrawal. May go to one cup a day for a while -
then cut that out!

The first thing I gave up was coffee and just recently found something called
Teeccinno which is a nice coffee substitute for me. It is an herbal coffee
that contains no coffee beans and its caffeine free. Its rather spendy but I
usually only drink it on weekends.

It’s not the caffeine that’s an avoid in the BTD, it’s the acid in the coffee.
