Clarified buttre……you GOT to be kiddin me
I have a few choice words for this pricier healthier industrial-
lookin stuff. augh. They sell it ina “whipped cream” KINDA PAckage,
not in the bars.
I’m bein unfair since I really haven’t used it to cook. I’ve just
sort of picked at it with a knife and watched it melt on my
turbocooker. I’m gonna try it on something I don’t want to really
risk losing to it. Maybe it’s okay. But i like to nibble on my
butter, and this one just won’t work, lol.
I bought O’DELL’s clarified butter(they ran out of euro PLUGRA
butter, so i gave it a shot)
