DEALIN WITH STRESS……….CATECHOLAMINES

I already know of the hot-temperedness of extreme Os.
But my thing is……the post-argument, the post-excitement thing. I
read the scientific rationale of catecholamines in LVR4T.
Since september, I believe i have stopped expressing negative
emotions out loud to people that trigger that in me……and I did it
because the “post-blurting out” of my negative feelings gets me
remorseful an many times I get this bad withdrawal where i have to
sit ina corner and wait for it to die down etc etc.
I like the results of my action, but it feels weird for me not to
erupt in anger when i desire to….like i’m being fake.
I also have not participated in any “playing against the middle”
things with other people(you know, where you tell Bill things that
piss you off about Fred, when Bill is mad at Fred…..and vice
versa). I’ll have to say the whole catecholamine problem has kinda
settled down because of this change. I’m just waiting for what will

happen as a byproduct of this change in behavior. YOu can change
habits without something else appearing, ja know?
