		<description>I broil in the oven (wildman--just had to replace my broiler element) and
 grill outside. I also fry, boil, and bake. I recently purchased a set of
 Calaphon non-stick pans and skillets because I got tired of scrubbing pans
 and skillets. A great buy in my opinion. Cleans quickly.
 I use George sparingly and mostly for vegetables. I also use the slow cooker
 sparingly for stews etc. because, living alone, I end up throwing a lot of
 leftovers out unless I have company or family over. My bread machine has
 been inactive since I found out I am a non-secretor. I miss fresh-baked
 bread. I don't boil meat usually because I prefer the crisp fat resulting
 from broiling or frying. Even if I'm making a roast in the slow cooker, I'll
 brown it in a skillet to get that "cooked fat" taste.
 As a guy, I crave the protein and fat and only eat the vegetables and salads
 as side dishes. Red meat is a staple for me and if I substitute chicken or
 fish too much I find myself getting hungry in the evening. I do eat pork
 occasionally but make sure it's suitably burned.
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
