		<description>Hi Holly:
When I was in my teens and twenties I had acne so bad it frightened
children. When I reached my thirties it slowed down, because I had
started experimenting and wound up staying away from what turned out
to be the avoids for O-. I had to drastically reduce all fats and
then slowly add back the ones that proved safe. Now that I'm 45 I'll
still crash and burn if I'm not careful. Butter is Not Good for
acne. When I get to heaven the first thing I'm going to do is eat a
big chocolate bar. I better not try it on this side of paradise.
If you can find it I think grass fed beef has way healthier fat. I
am blessed to live in Hawaii where there's lots in the supermarket.
Now, for sure , I never eat peanuts, or peanut butter or oil. Sesame
oil is awful. Fatty sausage, even if it's from beef, is bad for my
 skin. Pork is deadly.
Your secretor status may have an influence. I have heard non-
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
secretors have a hard time with fats. For me, I think if I eat
anything oily, it may come out on my face. Some oils are safer.
 Olive oil is pretty benign.
The vegetarian diet was a joke. There's a lot of oil in it, because
you need it to make plant foods seem filling for an O.
ER4YT has been a huge help. I felt so happy because it gave me the
 knowledge to control the condition.
 Aloha

&#60;&#60; Hi, I was wondering if anyone has cleared their acne from doing this
diet? My doctor told me to try this diet for type O+, but, I am not
sure I should go through all this unless I see that it has worked for
other's acne. So does anyone still have acne when they are sticking
to it? I was also if anyone here is doing the blood type diet with
all RAW / UNCOOKED foods.
An entire range of malady's got cleared up when I went on this diet. I eat
raw vegetables but I also eat cooked vegetables. Cooked vegetables are a
little safer (no e-coli et al) and easier to digest.
