never had striped bass before
we went out for dinner saturday nite and they had striped bass on
special so i decided to try it - it was pretty good and i wouldn’t
mind having it again …………….does anyone know a good cookbook
for learning how to prepare various fish at home? anytime i’ve
prepared fish in the past i seem to overcook it so any tips would be
appreciated too !
thanks,

For fillets I usually baste with lemon and butter, salt and pepper, and
broil. Sometimes I smear mayonaise on top after it’s broiled for a few
minutes.
Most of the marinates for saltwater fish call for milk so I don’t use them.
Try some tilefish if you can find it. The taste is wonderful and the energy
is great too.

Do online search for fish recipes. You’ll find plenty of ways to cook
it.
