Hi there, I’m an oldie but a newbie w/ questions

Dear all,
Before I post my questions I want to say that I’m new to the list,
O-non, but I’ve
been practicing ER4YT since 1996. I’m lucky to have had someone
recommend it to me years ago. It has taken years to adjust my habits
and to
see the health improvements, but I get healthier and healthier as
time goes
on.
I work hard, I commute, but I make sure I cook and exercise. IT ISN”T
EASY
TO FIND TIME TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!! The health improvements are a
huge incentive for me to continue to refine my diet and lifestyle.
For exercise, I do weight training 1 to 3x a week and for aerobics, I
workout by

dancing, salsa, swing, hustle, whatever, for hours.
I’m happy to find a group of people following this path, I enjoy
reading the
posts from people (in particular, Mr. Hultman) who have something to
give,
whether it’s information or encouragement.
Right now, I’m looking for info.
I want to get my hands on the whole range of beneficials that we are
entitled
to, but I can’t get a hold of some items.
I’ve given up coffee and drink green tea instead. Can anyone
recommend a
place to buy bulk organic green tea online? all I can find are tea
bags.
Where can I buy such things as:
partridge, squab and sweetbreads
pike, sturgeon, fresh herring?
I can’t find these in the supermarket. Is there a recommendation for
a place
online or in the NYC metro area?
thanks!! Emme

I buy my green organic tea in bulk either from Stash Tea www.stashtea.com or
Simpson & Vail www.svtea.com, good stuff.
