<description>After being diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago, I decided that I had
better make some dietary changes in my life. That is when I started ER4YT.
I kinda started doing it cold turkey and jumping right into it. I have lost
33 pounds and went from a size 14 down to a size 8. I haven't lost any more
weight, but have lost a few more inches. I am not sure why I cant lose the
next 10, but I am sure it will come off when its ready to come off. :o)
I didnt get on the diet to lose weight, but I am happy that its making me
healthier and skinnier.

I had the same problem. Lost about 20 pounds right away and then very little
after that. Of course, I've had some external problems and I did just
recently find out that I'm a non-secretor. I have adjusted my diet
accordingly and seem to be losing again. It made a lot more difference than
I thought it would.
