weightloss vs. wellbeing
Just curious……..how many are doing the ER4YT to lose weight and
how many turned to it out of other health issues?……….Are you
getting results?
Ive only been on about a week and I can feel a difference mainly in
the quality of sleep Im getting. My diet was high in cheeses and
potatoes or pasta and at times pork and loaded with Wheat and Corn
products. But what am I going to have to do to get into WLM?

I had the same problem. Lost about 20 pounds right away and then very little
after that. Of course, I’ve had some external problems and I did just
recently find out that I’m a non-secretor. I have adjusted my diet
accordingly and seem to be losing again. It made a lot more difference than
I thought it would.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago, I decided that I had
better make some dietary changes in my life. That is when I started ER4YT.
I kinda started doing it cold turkey and jumping right into it. I have lost
33 pounds and went from a size 14 down to a size 8. I haven’t lost any more
weight, but have lost a few more inches. I am not sure why I cant lose the
next 10, but I am sure it will come off when its ready to come off. :o)
I didnt get on the diet to lose weight, but I am happy that its making me
healthier and skinnier.
