&#60;&#60; Well I have been on the BTD for 3 days and I feel great. I ate rice-
a-roni last night and felt horrible afterwards.
What is the story with that stuff? I got sicker than a dog after eating it.
I didn't realize that it was the rice-a-roni until the second time I fixed it
and got the same effect. Is it full of toxic waste or what? A lttle bit of
avoids usually doesn't affect me but Rice-a-Roni took me out.

<description>When i go out to eat, I eat salad with no cheeses and just regular dressing
on the side. The low fat dressings have more chemicals in them.
