Grizzle haters anybody?

I eat 3/4 lb of ground meat(hormone free, but corn-fed) a day…..and
i masticate for a long time so i could find those little globular NOT
FAT/NOT MEAT pieces of jelly substance. most of the globs make it
past my intense scrutiny.
I’ve seen this globular / jelly substance between the layers of
fat&meat in steaks as well.
I hate it!!!! Is anyone else out there so obsessessed as me in
spitting those MYSTERIOUS GLOBS FROM HELL out before they hit your
palate?
jb….i hate chicken.
