<description>Your secretor status is really important especially if you want to
find out what to sub for what. It is useless to use soymilk or apple
vinegar if you are a non-secretor.
 vinegars?
The reason why we should avoid vinegars is that they are gastric
irritiants (and only TypeB's can tolerate). The apple vinegar is an
avoid for non-secretors because it has the apple lectin.
 milk,
 well done!!!
It took me two and a half years on the diet, but I arrived at it.( At
times I drank 5-6 cups a tea with milk a day.) Give yourself time, it
 will come.
cream,half-and-half, condensed milk, straight moo, or lactose-reduced
 moo?
all of them contain the milk protein we have the problem with
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
I am not sure what is more offensive to the O
Milk fat is OK, which is butter, or if we want to be strict, ghee aka
clarified butter. Milk sugar and milk protein ( mostly the protein )
 that we have problem with.
Also avoid hydrogenated fats as much as possible.
Your name is Katalin in Hungarian. In Hungary, we keep name days, and
Katalin day is today. So happy name day to you!!! :)

&#60;&#60; So, given that there's going to be some
transition here, what is the better-case scenario: cream,half-and-half,
condensed milk, straight moo, or lactose-reduced moo? I can tolerate
non-dairy creamers, but between the corn syrup and the hydrogenated
fats, I figured I was better off with dairy.
Given your choices and if you tolerate dairy well, I would recommend Heavy
Cream. It has no carbs and is almost butter. Then you can wean off cream as
you wean off of coffee. I always drank coffee black but had to drink tea
with both sugar and milk. Over time I've learned to drink tea straight. I
find that green tea with lemongrass or lemon is wonderful.
By the way, there are lots of veggies you can eat. You probably know that but
your post sounded a little vegetable desperate.

		<description>Welcome Kathleen,
I might be getting some flack on this, but I can;t stand by soymilk etc.
either, (O's don't tolerate soy too well anyway) At our house we just go for the
heavy cream, reasoning it's just fat and not much else.

<description>Next best thing to do is ready LIVE RIGHT 4 YOUR BLOOD TYPE.....it's
more updated than ER4YT....HELL, i think he banned tomatoes in the
ER4YT. I think a lot of great choices will be had in LR4YT.
Just get creative with "replacement foods" for your favorite dairy
 items.
If you don't feel fine eating meat on an "ecological" basis, try the
grass-fed varieties. I've never eaten them so tell me aobut the taste.
I did miss red-wine vinegar...for cold items? Depends on your
tolerance to acidreflux, that's about the only NO-NO for vinegar.
Dr. Mercola doesn't have any negatives about it, but of course he's a
type A...and type A people will drink a full cup of vinegar
STRAIGHT. Gross. Mercola is just anti-dairy &#38; grain.
Wow. Dairy probs? He heee. In elementary school They used to force
me to drink milk when i was 5 or 6. The only time I have it is once a
week when i get my B&#38;Jerry/ baked items "fix." I'm hard-core O, but
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
I never take one philosophy as the absolute truth. LISTEN TO YOUR
 BODY.....that's my recommendation.
