JOlley’s initial relapse

I can’t really say i had a hard time getiing into the O BTdiet
INITIALLY since i had already been 8 months on Dr. Paul St. armand’s
HYPOGLYCEMIA DIET. (that diet did allow me to enjoy peanut butter,
soy bread, vinegar, worcestire sauce, high protein bars(with the
evil “whey”)) etc etc. long before i “discovered” lectins. They
didn’t teach aobut lectins in toxicology class.
BUT……i do remember giving up my potato chips & pasta as the
beginnings of a 5 day panic / nervous tension attack. And with your
love of donuts & dr. pepper…..wow, I dunno.
A good thing is that once your “there,” you’ll find that even when
you fall off the wagon, you’ll only want a “bite or two” instead of
the whole darn donut.
