Newbies LIKE jolley feathers

There are so many people with SPECTACULAR health turn-arounds on this
list. They are excellent sources of motivation for sure.
That aside….to all you NEW O DIETERS…..i am not going to threaten
you with reasons why you SHOULD do this diet. Nor will i provide
BENEFITS(maybe malefits though) & ALL that other salesmanship society
uses to “bring you to our side.” I believe that you should never do
ANYTHING that requires external/artificial MOTIVATION.
You do it cause you WANT to do it. nuf said. Hell, don’t go 100%
like me & other members….pick & choose what you want to do. It’s
your body. I will only provide suggestions that work for me.
And I’m speaking as an enviromental toxicologist……the O diet is
just a scientific theory….someday it will be supplanted with an
even different scientific method. Who knows? The best thing to do
is ask yourself if you feel okay after eating x,y OR z.
